The golden beach of Agioi Anargyroi

Perhaps one of the most photographed beaches of Anafi is the little beach of Agioi Anargyroi with the golden powder-like sand and the beautiful landscape. Agioi Anargyroi is actually the name of the small chapel which poses gracefully above the beach and gives character to the bay. Due to its orientation and morphology the beach is well protected from the winds and the crystal turquoise water are always heavenly.
Tips
- The sun hits directly on the beach after noon so make sure to take an umbrella with.
- There is a bus stop above, from where you will need only 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
- You can not find water or food close-by so make sure to get your supplies in advance.
